Along with its own production, Calculus also supplies cherry from Global gap certified cherry growers. Our production includes differents varieties such as Napoleon, Royal King and Regina. Cherries in our orchards are precooled with mobile hydro-coolers in order to extend shelf life and retain freshness. Calculus grows cherries in its orchards using modern methods in different regions, climatic conditions, latitudes and altitudes.

Sorting and packing operations are done on our premises in Aksehir-Konya city. Our optic cherry packaging machines sort cherries by colour, and size, while searching for internal and external defects. Turkish cherries have been recently certified by an international organization of master chefs with a “Superior Taste Certificate” and awarded two golden stars from the International Taste Institute in Brussels. Our cherries are renowned for their dark burgundy colour, strong compact and crunchy structure, long thin stems and exquisite taste.

Turkey is the second-largest chestnut producer in the world. Turkey’s “Sekerci” Chestnut variety possesses an excellent quality, with its rectangular shape and brownish cloured shiny skin. They are cultivated mostly in the mountainous areas in the west of Turkey. Our delicious and healthy chestnuts are heat-treated in our modern plants.
